"Medical Device Future Hiring Trend Survey" Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The goal of the project is to conduct a survey that will gather information regarding the future hiring trends of medical device companies. The survey will be sent to approximately 100 companies, and will determine which candidates - bachelor's, master's, or doctoral are most attractive to different sized medical device companies in the next two years, five years, ten years, and fifteen years. Our goal is to achieve at least a 30% response rate and to achieve acceptance of the survey results by Sharon B. Kurtt (Director of IT Career Services). The results will be organized in a database and well documented for future student reference.

What we've done so far (Quick Update)
- We have successfully submitted all the surveys to targeted companies.
- We have received 28 official responses so far.
- We have made a follow up of our letter by phone calls. Phone call Script
- We have designed a database that allows us to enter all the returned results.
- We are currently writing the final report, and putting together the project notebook and presentation.
